What happens if the guarantee isn’t met?

 Lucina’s guarantees are built to offer peace of mind and real financial protection:

• Blastocyst Guarantee: If no blastocyst results from your first cohort, Lucina provides up to two additional cohorts at no cost (one at a time). If none result in a blastocyst, you receive a full refund (minus transportation fees). 
• PGT-A Guarantee: If your cohort doesn’t yield a PGT-A passed embryo, you’ll receive up to two more cohorts. If no qualifying embryo is achieved, you’re eligible for a full refund (excluding transportation fees). 
• Live Birth Guarantee: You receive up to six cohorts, with the goal of a live birth or four PGT-A passed embryos. If neither is reached, you receive a full refund.
